We Confirm Your Appointment
A member of our team will call or text you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment details and answer any questions.
Your Comprehensive Testing
On your visit day, you’ll get a full consultation, neurological scans, digital X-rays (if needed), and a thorough health history review. Plan for 60–75 minutes.
Your Report of Findings
You’ll receive a clear, easy-to-understand report showing exactly what’s happening in your nervous system — and a specific plan to address it.
What to Bring
- Health history — any previous diagnoses, medications, or relevant medical records
- Photo ID — driver’s license or passport
- If for a child — bring them comfortable and fed. Bring a toy or comfort item if it helps them relax.
- Payment — $67 due at time of visit. We accept all major cards, cash, FSA/HSA.
- Arrive 10 minutes early — to complete your new patient forms
