Supplement Return & Refund Policy

At Alive & Free Chiropractic, we stand behind the quality of every supplement we carry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Unopened Products

We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Product must be in original, sealed packaging
  • Product must not be expired
  • Proof of purchase required (order confirmation email or order number)
  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Opened Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplement products. Once a seal is broken, we cannot verify the product’s integrity or ensure it has been stored properly. This policy protects all of our patients.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will:

  • Replace the damaged/incorrect item at no charge, or
  • Issue a full refund, including any shipping costs

Please include a photo of the damaged item or packaging when contacting us.

Shipping Returns

For shipped orders being returned:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Ship returns to: Alive & Free Chiropractic, 11011 Sheridan St #214, Cooper City, FL 33026

For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup.

In-Office Pickup Returns

For orders picked up at our office, simply bring the unopened product back to our front desk during office hours with your order confirmation.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been placed with our distributor. Once we have ordered from our supplier, the standard return policy applies.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe)
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
