All products sold through our store are practitioner-grade dietary supplements sourced directly from authorized distributors. We carry products from Designs for Health, Thorne, MaxLiving, Biocidin Botanicals, and BioRay.

Product descriptions, including suggested uses and ingredients, are provided by the manufacturers. While we strive for accuracy, we recommend reviewing the product label upon receipt for the most current information.

2. Ordering & Fulfillment

When you place an order through our store:

  • Your payment is processed immediately via Stripe (credit/debit card)
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details
  • Our team will order your products from the manufacturer/distributor
  • Products are typically available within 3-7 business days
  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped

We do not maintain standing inventory. Products are ordered specifically for you upon purchase, ensuring freshness and proper storage from manufacturer to you.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
  • Prices include the product cost only; applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice
  • The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged
  • Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe payment processor

4. Sales Tax

Dietary supplements are subject to Florida state sales tax. Applicable state and local taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping or pickup location.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • In-Office Pickup (Free): Pick up at our office at 11011 Sheridan St #214, Cooper City, FL 33026 during office hours (Mon-Thu 9am-12pm & 3pm-6pm)
  • Florida Shipping: Flat rate of $5.95
  • US Shipping: Flat rate of $7.95
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $75

Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after order placement. Actual delivery times may vary based on distributor availability and shipping carrier schedules.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund
  • Opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
